By accessing or using BindWeave's subject-consistent video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

BindWeave provides an advanced subject-consistent video generation service that transforms text prompts and reference images into identity-preserving videos. Our MLLM-DiT cross-modal integration approach maintains character identity, roles, and spatial logic across single or multi-character scenes, making it ideal for ads, trailers, explainers, shorts, and social content.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

BindWeave provides subject-consistent video generation capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, generate harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

BindWeave operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload reference images and text prompts to generate AI-created subject-consistent videos. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use BindWeave to generate videos that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our MLLM-DiT cross-modal integration models or technology. Commercial use of generated videos may be subject to additional terms.

BindWeave is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, identity drift, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, identity consistency, or suitability of generated videos for any particular purpose, including maintaining perfect subject consistency across all scenes.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall BindWeave, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BindWeave regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
